The estimated completion time for any given model will be three weeks from DATE OF RECEIPT OF MODEL AND DOWN PAYMENT. (Please note this is not three weeks from date of your shipment to me, but from date of receipt; also, work will not begin if model is sent without down payment.)

I will strictly control the inflow of work so as not to exceed the 3 week wait between receipt of model and shipment of prepped model back to owner or on to finishing artist.

I believe that you, the customer, have the right to know what is happening with your order at any time! To help provide ongoing support, my customer can expect, at minimum, the following communications:

• Email when model has been received by the prepper;
• Email when work on the model has begun;
• Email when work on the model has been completed, and final balance is due;
• Email when model is shipped back to owner or on to finishing artist.

In addition, any questions initiated by the customer during work period will be answered within 48 hours (unless otherwise notified.).
