The reserve price on this auction is $1,700.00 U.S. Auction rules and information are as follows: BIDDING: The auction begins on Thursday, July 20, 2006, and will conclude at midnight ET Saturday, July 29, 2006. Bids via email will be accepted ONLY until midnight ET Wednesday, July 26, 2006. I will not have reliable access to email between July 27 and July 31, as I will be at Breyerfest in Kentucky. Between July 27 and the end of the auction on July 29, bids may be placed by the following methods: In person, at the Artisan's Gallery or at my hotel room at the Holiday Inn North in Lexington. Instructions for bidding will be on the hotel room door and also at our table in the Artisan's Gallery. Via telephone at 626-833-9136 A sealed bid auction means that each bidder may submit one bid containing their highest bid. The winning bid will be set at $100.00 over the second highest bid. (In other words, if you submit $2,000 and the second highest submission is $1,800, you would win the auction with a bid of $1,900.) PAYMENT: Payment in full is vastly preferred, and if this option is chosen, payment is due by August 8, 2006. However, time payments can be arranged, as follows: No more than three payment installments, please! With a payment plan, 25% of the full price is due by August 8, 2006. Down payment is non-refundable. The entire balance will be due by October 29, 2006 Payment is accepted via personal check, money order, or Paypal. (If payment is made at end of auction at Breyerfest, cash is also accepted!) SHIPPING: Don Coyote will be with me at the Holiday Inn in Lexington. Should you win the auction, be attending Breyerfest, and choose to pay in full via cash, you will take him home! All other payment methods require a holding period prior to shipping. Winning bid includes shipping via domestic USPS Priority mail, double-boxed with full insurance and delivery confirmation. Other carriers or foreign shipments are extra; please inquire and I will get a quote for discussion. I will not ship uninsured to international addresses, so please don't ask. My main priority will be getting this beloved model to you, safely, in one piece. I regret the imposition of customs fees, but I won't compromise safe delivery of this piece. Model will be shipped no sooner than 15 days after the final payment is received, no matter the form of payment. Upon receipt, you have a 10 day inspection period. If you aren't satisfied with him, please return him with the same careful manner he was shipped to you, along with a written explanation of why you are dissastified. This offer is void if the 10 day inspection period has expired or if the piece has been shown, exhibited, altered, resold or if return shipment and handling was inadequate and caused loss or damage.
